My name is Constance. I am a dedicated student and a certified swim instructor with the Lifesaving Society. My greatest joy is seeing each student grow in confidence, whether they're taking their very first dive or refining their swimming technique.

I believe swimming is best learned in a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone can progress at their own pace, without pressure. My goal is to help you develop a love for the water while giving you the skills and confidence to swim safely.
